Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
The Leadership Development Facilitator helps attract, retain, and develop top talent through effective talent management programs.
The consistent application of deep subject matter expertise (SME) and best practices helps optimize the value of Learning & Organizational Development programs/services.
The role helps develop training curricula and materials, selects appropriate delivery mechanisms, delivers training, and monitors training effectiveness for front-line through senior-level managers.
This may include planning, organizing, and developing training curricula, materials, and programs; analyzing training needs and developing programs to address them; evaluating third-party training providers; and managing the delivery of internal and externally provided training.
The role applies advanced knowledge in facilitation, leadership development, and organizational development to manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision.
Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

The Facilitator will specialize in topics ranging from building organizational trust to resolving conflict, improving communication, and building high-performing teams.
Ability to present training programs, classes, and material across a wide range of topics with a high degree of competence and credibility Leadership-specific competency training (e.
g.
, Influence and Negotiation training) Non-Technical Training Training and facilitation on leadership and management development Develop training curriculum/materials, as needed Select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training, as needed Deliver training in multiple locations across the country (travel up to 50% may be required).
Partner with local HR teams to provide coaching and OD support Maintain excellent relationships with HR teams and direct business partners Provide feedback on content, processes, and materials for both interactive online content and in-person classroom training Design, conduct, and evaluate interventions which may include team building, training, leadership and organizational development, coaching, and job aides to meet identified needs Use project management skills to work on multiple projects concurrently; monitors activity, progress, and time-related to project development Familiar with and can utilize Learning Management System Ensures an effective learning and development environment.
The facilitator will collaborate closely with Instruction Designers to recommend and influence curriculum-related content and will deliver training programs for new and current changes and/or new business initiatives.
Strong understanding of individual learning styles and effective methods for delivering impactful training Knowledge of the leading trends in effective training and professional development Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff.
Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
Strong business acumen, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership in business environments.
College degree from an accredited four-year institution, required; four or more (4+) years in a human resources-related field, required Superior classroom facilitation skills with at least 3
years of experience in leadership development, adult learning, blended learning, and organizational development.
Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, result-driven, time-critical, rapidly changing environment with minimal daily oversight.
Ability to effectively interact with, relate to, and partner with all levels of organizational staff.
Fundamental manager coaching skills.
Experience managing people is a plus.
Knowledge of management theory is required.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.

USD $57400.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
