Bellco is seeking their next Senior Vice President - Human Resources.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the Human Resources function reporting to the President & CEO with daily contact and responsibilities to the EVP and provide support to both in working with the Board and the Executive Committee of the Board.
The SVP - Human Resources is expected to partner closely with Executive Leadership to establish the right culture, talent pool, and organizational design and practices that will enable the company to achieve its goals.
The SVP - Human Resources will be responsible for planning, designing, communicating, and executing HR services and programs that are aligned with and will further business strategies.
The SVP - Human Resources will direct a staff of six through 2 direct reports, a HR Manager and a Training Manager.
The role will direct an annual operating budget of approximately $5 million.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
