Job Description Summary This position is responsible for order processing and warehousing tasks related to receiving, picking, and shipping.

This position works with sales, customer service, and operations.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Complete daily tasks in receiving, put away, order pulling, packing, and shipping of palletized products and small packages shipped via LTL Develop and maintain knowledge of processes and procedures related to daily tasks Responsible for same day receiving against packing lists, verifying counts on shipments, accurate processing of orders, and inventory accuracy Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory process Ensure accurate data management and entry into relevant systems Schedule pickups and deliveries, as well as load and unload 3rd party carriers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, shipping and receiving area Responsible for check materials for damage, noting any damage on receiving documents, and notifying team lead or manager for resolution Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience Able to work in a team and collaborate effectively with team and supervisors Strong attention to detail and quality Commitment to safety, service, high quality, and consistency Good communication skills to convey information and work collaboratively with team Reliable and dependable attendance record; be on time and adhere to work schedule A self-starter with strong work ethic Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines A stable work history Maintain an organized and clean work area; participate in daily clean-up and sweeping Strong organization skills, maintain accuracy, and attention to detail Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time Must be forklift trained High school diploma or education equivalent required Experience using computers is a plus Working Conditions Indoor climate-controlled manufacturing environment Ability to sit, walk, and stand through the duration of a shift Requires ability to reach above shoulders, bend, stretch, full hand and finger dexterity, visual acuity, push/pull and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds Hours are 7:
30-4:
30 M-F dependent on carriers' pickups/deliveries and special assignment deadlines.
Some flexibility to occasional Saturday hours as business demands dictate Job Type:
