The Position:
As the Senior Manager, Learning Operations you will define, implement, and measure the processes and technology to create a seamless and effective learning experience for corporate and property-based employees across the country.
You will lead the discovery and assessment of learning tools, research and benchmark industry-leading learning technology, and define the change management strategy of newly acquired platforms.
You will design the end-to-end Learning & Development system- including intake, development, and deployment processes, integrating agile methodology.
You will consult company-wide business leaders and subject matter experts to understand emerging business priorities to inform a system in how Learning & Development can support both existing and new initiatives.
You will use your expertise in analytics and learning to create and maintain reporting and analysis of team's learning programs.
This is a newly defined role; you will thrive in ambiguity and build the roadmap for your team.

Serve as the owner of RPM Living's learning & development technology stack, content catalogue, and other enterprise learning tools.
Understand company and learner needs to research, define, configure, and maintain platforms for the optimal learner experience.

Create and execute best practices, governance, and change management protocol for the learning management system and other tools.
Influence a group of super-users across Learning & Development and other partner teams to ensure effective use.

Manage a direct report responsible for project management, LMS administration, and learning reporting.
Lead with empathy, foster inclusion, drive employee development and performance.

Lead the evaluation and selection of new learning tools.
Project manage implementation and configuration efforts for newly acquired tools in partnership with Learning & Development department, IT, Communications, and Operations.

Define and execute the end-to-end learning & development intake, design, and deployment processes, utilizing agile methodology.
Revitalize the ticketing intake process, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and ad-hoc business needs.
Partner with Training and deployment teams to incorporate into an initiative backlog.
Project manage learning OKRs.

Define effectiveness of RPM Living's Learning & Development programs by generating and maintaining various reports and analysis for the broader Learning & Development team.
Produce monthly and quarter analysis.
Visualize learning data through user-friendly dashboards.

Gather and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making regarding learning offerings.

years of learning technology experience
5
years of experience analyzing learning related data and using data visualization tools such as Tableau
PMP certification preferred but not required
Experience with AGILE and sprint methodology
Experience implementing and integrating learning technology into an organization
Experience using a wide variety of learning-related tools including learning management systems, course authoring tools, external course providers, learning experience platforms, and learning record stores
Excel expert
Strong ability to create and maintain project plans and influence partner teams to support goals and stay on project timeline
Strong ability to gather insights from reporting and analysis, and communicate findings and recommendations to a senior audience
Experience working in a geographically dispersed, corporate setting
