As we near the launch and roll-out of our 5G network and continue to navigate the changing landscape in television, we are looking to invest in growing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities.
This leader will spearhead the building of this capability.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to VP, Digital Marketing the Director, MarTech Product & Operations will help lead the digital transformation and digital acceleration of a portfolio of businesses - ranging from our mature business, DISH TV, to Sling TV, retail wireless businesses and OnTech In-Home Services among others.
You will play a pivotal role in building digitally led technology capabilities and building the Digital DNA of the company.
Key partners/relationships:
CIO, CTO, Group President of DISH, Group President of Sling, President of Boost, SVP and head of IHS/OnTech, CXO.
Job Duties and Responsibilities You will be responsible for defining and owning the roadmap for the Marketing Technology (MarTech) practice.
Partner with marketing and business leadership to help establish the MarTech practice.
Develop and own the product vision and roadmap that drives the group's charter goal, accelerating marketing growth at scale.
Help lead a group of 3-4 delivery teams focused on solving marketing (technical and user) problem sets and opportunities.
Deeply understand our consumers (internal and external), their problems and where they find value.
Consistently strive to improve our tools and technology to exceed the needs of our marketing organization.
Evangelize the MarTech product vision and motivate team members critical to success to rally around the roadmap.
Collaborate with marketing, engineering, analytics and other business teams to make swift and smart decisions to ensure successful product rollout and delivery.
Thrive within ambiguity and find new, creative ways to solve problems every day with data as your guide.
Skills, Experience and Requirements 10
years of product experience in a fast-paced, consumer-centric or SaaS environment.
Master's degree preferred.
A proven track record of planning and shipping successful products - ideally with some experience building technical products and tools.
Technical know-how:
While you need not be a marketer, you understand the implications of the product decisions you make on various channels.
Excellent communication skills:
You communicate clearly and concisely, including with leadership, and can tailor your message to your audience.
A passion for marketplaces, the sharing economy and/or the on-demand services space.
Salary RangeCompensation:
$200,000.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
