We are a residential property management company and direct the maintenance efforts of almost 400 residential rental houses in Colorado.
The ideal candidate will understand residential mechanical and technical work, have excellent leadership and supervisory skills, be highly organized, have a strong ability to multi-task and be a great communicator.
You will:

years relevant experience in maintenance and dispatchingoExtensive knowledge of a variety of mechanical systemsoPrevious managerial experience highly preferredoExperience managing multiple vendors simultaneouslyoAbility to consistently maintain positive client relationshipsoCan effectively and efficiently handle administrative responsibilitiesoMakes safety a priority at all timesoStrong computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and a solid understanding of other software (Appfolio) Recommended Skills Administration Business Administration Business Relationship Management Communication Coordinating Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
