Ts/Sci Space Mission Systems Engineer
A Defense Company in Englewood, CO is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Space Mission Systems Engineer.
The Space Systems Engineer will support the development and capture of system architectures and definition of design reference missions to solve complex mission objectives.
They will develop space system and constellation models using STK and AFSIM, and contribute to model-based engineering initiatives through integration of orbital modeling tools with SysML model.
The Space Systems Engineer will work closely with the systems engineering shape, CONOPS development, Mission Architecture definition, and mission requirements derivation activities.
They will develop OPSCON documents to define how the system will operate to meet the mission objectives.
The Space Systems Engineer will support the full lifecycle of space system design, integration, test and operations.
They will also have opportunities to support internal development and new business opportunities.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Space Systems Engineer will be responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
They are expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Cameo, Magic Door, DOORS, STK, AFSIM, Atlassian Recommended Skills Architecture Business Development Sensitive Compartmented Information (Sci Clearance) Systems Design Satellites Systems Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
