00/yrPosition Introduction/Key DutiesCimarron is currently seeking Systems Engineers with experience performing embedded software testing, test scheduling, and requirement analysis for a NASA program in Centennial, CO or Houston, TX.
Key Duties:
Work closely with United Launch Alliance (ULA) and other skill organizations to create and validate testing requirements, plan and execute tests, and show traceability between testing and requirements.
Create precise testing procedures.
Execute test procedures in a precise and repeatable way.
Document and interpret test results.
Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and EducationRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:
Due to facility security requirements, only U.
S.
citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible for consideration at this time.
Cimarron employees are required to follow federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 practices, as well as customer requirements.
3 or more years of experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
Prior experience supporting a NASA project or program.
Experience in the aerospace industry, particularly in the area of testing.
Experience with avionics and software development and integration.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
