Burg Simpson's Office Services Department provides various administrative support to the Firm and its clients which includes copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and reception services.
The Offices Services Manager is a hands-on position that leads the team's delivery of high-quality administrative services by providing Copy Center, Office Services, Off-Site Storage, and Facilities assistance to all personnel, in support of our clients, and by working collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Team Management Adherence to Firm processes and policies and standard operating procedures; Off-site storage management and oversight; Oversee workload/workflow as it pertains to daily operations; Act as first point of contact for Office Services Clerks; Coordinate staff coverage, as needed; Maintain appropriate ticketing logs, monitoring throughout the day for completion; Maintain kitchen and office supply inventory, order supplies, stock shelves, supply room, and copy/print stations; Coordinate service and repair of kitchen equipment; Coordinate special events, as needed; Manage vendor relationships; Maintain the highest level of customer service to all Office Services end users; and Work collaboratively with members of the Firm's management team.
Mail / Delivery Services Meter outgoing mail, including certified and registered mailers and parcels; Coordinate delivery of USPS mail to the post office every evening; Receive, record, and distribute parcels, using appropriate equipment; Distribute mail, newspapers/periodicals, and sort mail for interoffice delivery; and Prepare and handle deliveries and pickups across the Front Range.
Copy Center Services Perform copy functions, and coordinate use of outside copying vendors as necessary and appropriate; Estimate time and resources required for each project and prioritize by importance, coordinate as appropriate; Prepare binding, notebook, and hole punch projects; and Produce large document print and scanning jobs as required.
Facilities Services Communications with key contacts regarding building safety, cleaning services, remodeling projects, and building/equipment concerns; Upkeep of copy centers and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper and basic daily maintenance; Hanging pictures; and Coordinate office moves.
Requirements for this position include:

years of professional Office Services related experience, preferably in a law firm setting; 5
years of experience supervising, training, and overseeing the work of others; Knowledge of law firm operations, policies, and procedures; Proficiency in Microsoft programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, Internet and other firm systems; Ability to lead and participate in a team, as well as work independently; Ability to multitask with attention to detail; Ability to organize and prioritize work and the work of others; Strong customer service attitude; Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact; Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment; Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds; Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs; A valid Colorado drivers' license; Proof of automobile insurance; and Reliable transportation for transporting files and other materials between offices and courthouses.
This is a full-time (in-office) and permanent position.

SALARY RANGE:
$50,000 - $60,000+, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate's level of experience.
