Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Build relationships with customers to maintain a loyal customer base - Maintain relationships with manufacturers to ensure smooth operation - Enter phone or email orders into Volusion - Collect payment from customers - Learn basics of equipment and supplies in order to answer customer questions - Provide quotations for machines, supplies and shipping - Monitor emails for quote requests, purchase orders, and customer questions - Organize returns and exchanges as needed into stock or return to manufacturers - Organize and track orders to ensure everything is shipped in a timely manner - Keep customers updated on production and shipping delays - Learn Volusion software to maintain and update our website - Update manufacturing costs - Update product prices to ensure net profit
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify trends - Outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
