If you're a recent college graduate looking for a job in the sciences, or, if you're currently working in a laboratory and looking for a change, this position can launch your career in Reproductive Medicine and the ART Laboratory.
Responsibilities include performing semen analysis, intrauterine insemination preparations, sperm cryopreservation/thawing, database entry and Q/C.
Required education & technical skills:
A BS Degree in the chemical, physical, or biological sciences; or an MLT Phlebotomy skills preferred At least 6 month's laboratory training, either as an undergraduate and/or on-the-job in a clinical or research lab; Attention to detail; Aptitude to make appropriate judgments about the clinical significance of laboratory data.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated, detail oriented, work well independently, as well as with a team.
Must be able to perform phlebotomy, be sensitive to patients, and be able to effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals.
The position involves participation in weekend/holiday rotations.
This is a FT position, Monday through Friday, including weekend & holiday rotation.
Pay contingent on laboratory experience, within established salary ranges.
