Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the company owner and office staff - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, mailing, and filing - Maintain and organize files and documents - Assist with project coordination and tracking - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Assist with proofreading and editing documents Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred - Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Looking for a team player who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing support in a fast-paced environment.
