The purpose and function of the District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) position is to engage in activities that directly support Honda and dealer lifetime owner loyalty, including customer satisfaction and retention.
The Honda District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) functions as a direct liaison between Honda Parts and Service Field Operations and Honda automobile dealerships in the assigned district.
We are looking for qualified people and diverse background and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic, to bring the future to Honda as a DPSM, you must have:
Achievement of parts and accessory sales objectives Achievement of customer satisfaction objectives Increase district repair order growth and customer retention Monitor and manage warranty expense This position covers the territory of Washington State Recommended Skills Customer Satisfaction Hardworking And Dedicated Profit Based Sales Targets Customer Retention Innovation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
