Up-Selling and Cross-Selling:
Enhance client coverage and satisfaction.
Assisting with Policy Changes and Billing Requests:
Support clients with policy adjustments and billing inquiries.
Generating Customer Referrals:
Cultivate referrals to expand our client base.
Claims Reporting and Handling:
Efficiently manage and process claims reporting.
Incoming and Outgoing Mail Processing:
Handle all mail in an organized and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
