This role will offer you the following daily challenges:
The Subcontract Program Management - Focused Learning Enhanced Experience (SPM FLEX) is a two-year rotational program focused on developing the leadership and technical skills of our future Subcontract Program Managers and leaders within Space Supply Chain.
The SPM FLEX Program role will offer you experience in the following areas:
o Formal SPM training, networking, and workshops o Procurement, subcontracts, and compliance o Cost and price analysiso Common productso Small businesso Effective communicationo Tactical and strategic subcontract management o Opportunities to develop solutions to Space supply chain challengeso Early leadership training Participants will be expected to complete two 12-month rotations over the two-year program, which may include Procurement, Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise & Strategic Sourcing (ESS), Program SCA/SCM, ESS SCA/SCM, Small Business and/or Program Material Management rotations.
In the final year of the program, participants will be expected to complete a capstone project as a part of graduation requirements.
Relocation is not a part of this program.

Qualifications:
To be successful, you will need to possess these basic
Qualifications:
o Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
o Relevant work experience (3
years in Supply Chain or related Operations experience)o Experience or demonstrated ability to coordinate with suppliers to select hardware and/or software, model maintenance solutions, and resolve conflicts.
o Have demonstrated problem-solving and solution-focused capabilitieso You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance , to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
o Please note:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $61,300 - $117,500.

67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $70,500 - $132,800.
