Position
Summary:
Because of our growth, Flagship Food Group is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join in our passion at our Greenwood Village, CO office.
The role needs someone who can work to keep track of many demands and their priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Both traditional and project-based responsibilities will fall on the desk of this Executive Administrative Assistant.
The right candidate will be strongly focused on providing incredible service while balancing multiple tasks that support the business and its growth, a professional who is well-versed in a supportive role and is highly organized.
This is a full-time, in person position, Monday-Friday.
Role Overview:
Executive Support Provide exceptional administrative support to CEO and key Executives in Denver Calendar management and scheduling World-wide travel arrangements Supporting full-cycle activities associated with executive meetings, e.
g.
, scheduling, presentations, meeting room prep, post activities, and so forth Help executives track commitments and deadlines Support executives with sales team initiatives Maintain and track expense reporting and reimbursements Business Support Support company growth strategies Creating company-wide communication, including emails, letters, and related correspondence Planning special events and employee recognition Pick up supplies and food samples as needed for cuttings and meetings Food sample preparation and presentations Manage and maintain office supplies, groceries, equipment, d cor and troubleshoot IT equipment for both corporate office and research and development facility (located in same building) Point liaison with corporate office landlord and service providers Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Zoom Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have great listening skills and be emotionally intelligent Ability to work independently with little supervision, professional discretion and confidentiality are a must This position requires outstanding organizational, project, and time management skills, follow up and follow through are KEY to this position Ability to prioritize quickly and stay calm under pressure Must be detail oriented and able to see the big picture Must be resourceful, innovative, and proactive Must have a vehicle to run occasional errands and be able to move boxes weighing up to 15lbs An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, previous experience supporting executive staff is a must Company Offerings:
Salary:
$85k but flexible based on skills experience 401k plan with a Roth 401k option.
Eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
