Excellent customer service and strong sales skills are a requirement.
Additional duties include keeping up the appearance of the clinic, ensuring the business is efficiently organized for operations, and nurturing positive relationships with clients.
The Office Manager is seen at the entrance of our center, welcoming guests and clients.
They answer questions, explain and sell our products and membership options, answer phone calls, confirm appointments, relay instructions, and help our nurses.
Additional duties include posting to our social media and sending marketing emails.
They may also be participating in special events.

Discounts on Additional Services & Supplements Job Duties Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office Client education on our products and services Sales of products and memberships Managing office communications--fielding organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail Scheduling and managing clients Maintaining contact lists Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Representing office interests in relationships with external associates and clients Handling incoming and outgoing packages and mail Strong attention to detail to create reports related to our marketing - trends, lead generation, campaigns Assisting the nurse when appropriate Posting to social media, responding to email, and supporting team Take pictures of clients for social media Collaborating to help plan events, shows or fairs to promote us within the community Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Expectations:
Greeting everyone in a friendly and upbeat manner with a smile Answering phone calls warmly and appropriately Have exceptional communication and social skills The ability to offer suggestions for IVs or supplements based on client needs Recognize and respond to potential problems independently and creatively Strategically manage time Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of menial duties without letting anything fall through the cracks Maintain composure when things go wrong Be prompt and prepared at all times Remember key details as multiple people make verbal, hand-written, and emailed requests throughout the day Work quickly, but accurately Microsoft office skills and ability to learn new software as needed Proficient in Social Media platforms A passion for wellness and willingness to learn about nutrition, vitamins, and supplements Experience in medical office management is a plus
