Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 20
Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
Qualifications:
Experience in team leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change Humble servant-leader Outstanding interpersonal skills Strong project/time management skills Self-starter with strong follow through Ability to work independently on complex projects
