Your Role at YES Hybrid role focusing on both Payroll and Data Analytics/Reporting Analytics will rely heavily on Excel skills (creating graphs, charts, reporting, filtering, data manipulation and system auditing) Provide various departments reporting on a recurring and on request basis Payroll operations will rely on your knowledge and experience working in HRIS system Dayforce Assist in processing of bi-weekly Payroll for over 1,400 employees, along with the related functions such as merits, title changes, new hires and terminations, PTO and other various HRIS/Payroll projects Assist our employees with Payroll related questions/issues via the Payroll E-mail Inbox Process special payroll requests, payroll corrections and lost or missing payroll checks To achieve success at YES 2
years of multi-state payroll experience Excellent Excel skills (must be comfortable working with Pivot Tables and complex formulas such as Vlookups, SUMIFS, etc.
