Rocky Mountain Ear Center Rocky Mountain Ear Center Englewood, CO Englewood, CO Full-time Full-time $21 - $25 an hour $21 - $25 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Answer patient phone calls regarding medical issues for physicians RX Refill Requests for physician Relay information and questions to appropriate physician through EMR Scan physician chart documents, reports and results into patient charts Order Imaging Pull discs and upload imaging for clinic Referrals to outside providers Monitor progress of Imaging and obtain discs or uploaded images when complete Chart Checking prior to patient appointments Schedule and reschedule patient appointments Review and distribute e-faxes Back Up to Front Desk Performs other duties and Special Projects as requested or required Maintain a clean work area Print and highlight Physician's Daily Schedules Open/Shut Down Exam Rooms Ensure all supplies and instruments are stocked Clean and sterilize instruments Retrieve patients from waiting room, escort to Exam Room as needed Wipe down room after each patient Check in patients once in the room Pre-op appointments and consents Work with Front Desk and Audiologists to keep clinic running on time Experience and Requirements Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Experience Superior time-management skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to details Clear communication skills Scribing or MA experience a plus, but not required Positive, caring and customer-service oriented Willing to jump in and help with day-to-day duties Must be willing to submit to a Background Check and Reference Checks Must be willing to receive the COVID Vaccination if not already vaccinated Job Type:
