We are a small mom & pop store, and are looking to find a reliable individual who is passionate about growing marijuana, and ready to work! This is a clone to packaging position; meaning you will get the chance to handle the plant from the beginning of its life, to packaging it up for our salesfloor.
Previous marijuana job knowledge would be beneficial, and preferred, but not required.
We strive to educate all our employees correctly on our procedures and policies, and want them to feel confident handling all parts of the growing process.
Our indoor grow facility manages 500 plants total (2 flowering rooms), and keeps track/maintains all aspects of the growing process involved.
Including cloning, watering, trimming, packaging and more! Our ideal candidate would be someone who is; trustworthy, hardworking, possesses some growing knowledge, trimming and packaging experience, and has great communication skills.
Self-drive and problem solving skills are also essential.
We are a small tight nit crew, and our goal is to make everyday at work fun and enjoyable.
Big plus if someone has pesticide dispersal license.

Possess Valid Colorado 21
Drivers License Possess valid support or key badge and remain compliant with working regulations for our industry.
EXCELLENT cleaning skills.
Basic math and computer skills preferred.
Ability to trim, and weigh product efficiently.
Cannabis Knowledge.
Up to date with MED rules and regulations.
Awesome team player.
Self Starter.
Positive attitude.
Hard Worker.
Job Physical Labor Requirements:
-Must be flexible to do different duties including regular cleaning/operating machinery -Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
-Must be able to lift & carry heavy boxes of product up to 50 pounds.
-Must be able to bend and squat regularly.
