Senior Software Engineer (Back End Focus)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team, dedicated to developing interfaces between broadcast video stream processing components and observability/orchestration platforms.
This person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing digital interfaces and plugins for seamless data transfers, working closely with video broadcast engineers to gain a deep understanding of video stream delivery and ensure optimized performance.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop APIs and plugins for real-time data transfer between video stream processing components and observability/orchestration platforms Collaborate with video broadcast engineers to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications Implement code using best practices and adhering to high coding standards Conduct rigorous testing and participate in debugging and troubleshooting activities Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the broadcast and software development domains Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers Document code and technical processes clearly and concisely Requirements:

years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably with a focus on back-end development Strong understanding of software development principles Experience with APIs and data structures Proficient in C# or a similar object-oriented programming language (experience with Golang is a plus) Familiarity with data transfer protocols and methodologies Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and a passion for learning new technologies Nice to Haves:
