provides general customer service, screens and directs telephone calls and other requests for information, drafts/formats documents, schedules meetings, organizes special projects, assists in all paperwork processes Ensures proper completion, submission and filing of all new hire forms.
Assist with on-boarding of new employees, which may include such items as:
coordinate preparation of on-boarding schedule on-boarding packet new hire desk set-up conduct initial on-boarding - paperwork completion, benefit review, building tour, manage drug screening process Preparation of new hire file Maintain HRIS system; input approved personnel changes and file PAF forms Oversee retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, digitization and disposal of personnel records Works with operations team to process jobsite/facility badging requests.
Assists in the Administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations Assists as needed in processing required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions Reconciles benefits billing statements Conducts periodic audits of benefits, employee files or other HR programs and recommends corrective action Assists with recruitment and interview process, which may include such items as:
post positions track status of candidates candidate correspondence as directed schedule interviews Assume temporary or intermittent responsibility for HR functions as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
Examples may include managing Field Staffing, processing weekly timekeeping for payroll, etc.
Lead and/or assist with special events and community projects throughout the year for internal and external customers Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions Receives faxes and completes Verification of Employment for all employees Responsible for filing documents into appropriate employee files Assists or prepares correspondence as requested; processes mail Any other reasonable request by management As a safety sensitive position, complete adherence to alcohol and drug use policies set by company In-person, predictable attendance at assigned location EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE Three (3) to five (5) years administrative experience; HR experience a plus, but not required.
SKILLS Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks Experience with Microsoft Office suite Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities Must have excellent organizational, communication, follow-through and database management skills.
Must have proven ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment Must be detail oriented and be able to juggle many tasks simultaneously.

The salary range for this position is $ 42,000 - 55,000 annually and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
