Summary:
Provide leadership to team responsible for mobile service development and web applications for the Spectrum mobile customers.
Understand the design for mobile products and collaborate with backend team to ensure correct data in the graphQL layer for rapid application development.
Lead in creation of system integration strategy, design and development, architecture assessment, and API documentation.
Lead complex integration projects by providing technical guidance, identifying, developing, and implementing integration opportunities, managing integration tools and strategies in telecom mobile provisioning, ordering, mobile plans, billing, and activations.
Develop APIs, proxies, swaggers, using API management concepts and tools.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 years of experience in telecommunications mobile provisioning, including a combination of ordering, mobile plans, billing, and activations; API development, including a combination of developing APIs, proxies, swaggers, and exposure to API management concepts and tools; technical leadership, including leading complex and diverse IT projects.
2 years of experience in product management, including as a product owner/manager implementing Agile methodologies.
Travel may be required to other Charter offices nationally, as needed, for up to 2 weeks per year.
A hybrid (in office and remote) arrangement is available.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $178,672 to $196,400.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
