The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager of the DISH Business Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Finance Analysts responsible for financial planning, deal evaluation, profitability and P&L analysis, annual budgeting, monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, subscriber and revenue forecasting, COGS and cost management.

Responsibilities:
Assist with budget development and ongoing monthly reviews of variances vs. budget across the DISH Business portfolio
Lead and develop a team of financial analysts with accountability to drive team results and meet deadlines
Set the roadmap and vision for the team, in alignment with the broader department goals, and effectively communicates strategies with the team, DISH Business leadership, and customers
Work closely with external partners and internal sales team to drive improved opportunities, cost-savings and improve offers in the market
Strategic financial analysis including developing complex financial models and offers, recurring and ad hoc, to support business decision making
Build and maintain weekly and monthly forecasting models for key operational and financial performance metrics, including weekly and monthly KPI scorecards
Manage and improve revenue and margins
Skills, Experience and Requirements
A successful Finance Manager will have the following:
Strong leadership ability and high energy to achieve goals and meet deadlines
Excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive, positive working relationships between multiple departments and personnel
Ability to write reports/correspondence, present information and respond to questions from managers/executives
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work with mathematical concepts (statistics, probabilities, algebraic expressions, etc.) and ROI calculations (such as NPV, IRR), with an understanding of basic accounting principles
Ability to work in a fast paced, high throughput environment and comfortable with change
Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
