We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Manager Assistant to join our team.
As a Property Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the property management team and assist with various tasks related to property leasing and facilities management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with property leasing activities, including conducting tours, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements - Handle tenant inquiries and maintain positive customer relationships -Create property listing advertisements and take and edit property photos - Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and maintain accurate records - Assist with legal administrative tasks, such as posting tenant notices - Support the property management team in day-to-day operations - Perform general administrative duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial - Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail - Basic understanding of administrative processes and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Customer service-oriented mindset Schedule and Location:
-This position offers a flexible schedule, but 1 weekly in person meeting (Denver Tech Center area) is required -Applicant must live in Denver Metro -Applicant must have their own vehicle -Time sensitive notices must be posted quickly, so daily availability is required About Colorado Home Sales Inc Colorado Home Sales Inc is a team of Real Estate Agents and Property Managers.
The Property Management team is a small team who manges 60 properties in the Denver Metro Area.
