Restoration Project Manager
Our client is looking for a Restoration/Mitigation Project Manager in the Denver, CO area. This position is focused solely on emergency services, cleaning, and content management. This opportunity offers a base salary of $65K -$75K with excellent benefits, stability, and upward mobility.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact with owners, insurance adjusters, and consultants. Scope development, negotiation, and agreements with customers and insurance companies.
- Prepare accurate and complete project estimates and proposals.
- Assign and coordinate jobs with crews. Supervise job scheduling, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, supervise production and monitor jobs from start to finish. Supervise multiple crews on multiple projects.
- Provide timely updates to owners, adjusters, consultants, and company management. Keep the Mitigation Manager updated on production, as appropriate.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
