Gunther Douglas' client is seeking a Systems Administrator for a permanent opportunity in Englewood, CO.

Duties:
- Participate in developing standards, policies and procedures and is responsible for maintaining, administering and implementing them to ensure the security and integrity of the company's environments and applications.
- Provide technical support and problem resolution on moderately complex issues in one or more of the following areas: Custom and 3rd party applications, installation and maintenance of production applications, configuration and other issues.
- Monitor and report to management on program status, identify issues that may impede attainment of goals, recommend and implement corrective measures.
- Serve as a member of the Global Application Support team.
- Performs production activities that include system upgrades and maintenance.
- Provide resolution during production outages and qualify issues to be escalated.
- Participate in backup, recovery and performance tuning of applications.
- On call responsibility.

Requirements:
- 10
years of experience installing, maintaining and administering custom enterprise class applications. FileNet and Websphere knowledge preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of
computer
operating systems (Windows Server 20xx and XP Workstation), network concepts, TCP/IP, desktop applications (MS Office) and knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Performs analysis of existing production applications for performance tuning.
- Well-versed in Microsoft IIS and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
