Job Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator will divide their time between supporting the Talent Acquisition recruiting staff with interview scheduling and providing general HR support to the Global HR Shared
services
team. The HR Coordinator will provide general support by implementing administrative systems that help drive efficiencies within the team, coordinating human resources
events
and monitoring administrative projects. Strong communication and organization skills, ability to handle multiple tasks with urgency, a sensitivity to confidential matters and flexibility are critical components to this position.
Job Functions:
Working with recruiters to schedule interview candidates (60%)
Processing of invoices, purchase orders and check requests. (10%)
General administration (letter creation, supply ordering etc.) (5%)
Facilitate weekly New Hire Orientation (5%)
Online file maintenance and creation, including scanning documents (5%)
Processing verification of employment requests (5%)
Ad hoc event and meeting planning (5%)
Special project support as needed (5%)

Primary
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a Staffing Coordinator or Administrative Assistant role.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of confidentiality and basic HR practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present to a group and professional presence required.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload with a sense of urgency is critical.
Must be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and able to work independently on a virtual team.
Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
Must be customer focused, able to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task.
AA/Bachelor's degree in business related discipline desired.
Comfortable navigating new tools and technology.

3. Typically completes work within known guidelines or procedures, but is expected to use judgment in solving problems. Receives general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

5. Must be able to work flexible work hours or shifts.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
