The Discount Card Reporting Specialist will perform in a lead capacity on the Discount Card team as an expert of WellCard, with a focus on reporting. The Discount Card Reporting Specialist is responsible for the report auditing and distribution process and the identification of continuous improvements to the WellCard reporting process. The Discount Card Reporting Specialist is a results-oriented individual capable of managing a variety of activities that focus on delivering excellence to our customer base while maintaining impeccable internal control.
Job Responsibilities
Manage report distribution process to ensure all clients and internal departments receive up-to-date and accurate reports within established time frames
Accurately interpret data, analyze reports for gaps, errors and discrepancies and work with internal departments to resolve issues
Identify problematic areas in report process and improve protocol for report development, distribution and compliance
Lead research to streamline and enhance reporting to ensure clients have an incredible experience with the WellCard Discount Card program
In collaboration with IT Reporting team, manage validation of routine client and internal reports
In collaboration with IT Reporting team, manage validation of ad hoc reports
In collaboration with IT Reporting team, develop controls to ensure data quality
Develop graphs for data presentation
Analyze and problem solve issues with current (IT, DCM tool, CHI Connect) and planned (centralized printing, Salesforce, data warehouse) systems as they relate to the integration and management of data (claims, client information)
Support and participate in company-wide initiatives to develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize current reporting and/or business processes
Provide necessary support to entire Discount Card team as required

Bachelor's degree required

EOE M/F/D/VEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
