Humana is seeking a Group Medicare National Sales Executive to strategically plan, develop, and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies that influence business outcomes and meet or exceed expectations. You will:
Create, maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with national benefits consulting firms
Design and implement tools and processes to proactively expand membership, winning profitable business along the way
Perform value-added account relations activities to improve account persistency
Focus efforts in Public Sector for Retiree Medicare Solutions
Manage a book of Large Government Agency accounts

## Qualifications
Role Essentials
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Strong financial and business acumen
Ability to present information in a professional manner to key stakeholders
Valid health and life insurance licenses
Ability to travel
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products
Role Desirables
Demonstrated experience working on Group Medicare Solutions
Knowledge of various operational units in the health solutions industry
Bachelor's degree highly desired
Experience marketing directly to employers and partnering with consultants
Additional Information
Travel (approximately 40%) is required, this role can be located in one of several large metropolitan areas

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
