The Client Executive will tap into the breadth of TeleTech's collective portfolio, partner with Product leads and internal support organizations, and sell TeleTech's full suite of integrated solutions. This means you will be required to gain an intimate understanding of the client's customer experience value proposition and match this with the product and service suite offered by TeleTech and its partners ... all with one goal in mind...

What the role really does...
Drive strategic account development and planning . Gain an in-depth understanding of the client's business and introduce solutions from TeleTech's collective portfolio to address current or anticipated needs.
Understand client requirements and formulate persuasive win themes . Effectively demonstrate TeleTech's value proposition to the client and how our solutions address their business needs. Proven experience creating value for clients.
Develop and maintain deep and meaningful business relationships with senior level client executives. Maintain a position of trusted advisor by demonstrating a deep understanding of industry specific trends and how they translate into customer experience needs.
Champion internal collaboration and coordinate resources necessary to execute on the identified client strategy.
Support all stages of the sales process , maintaining sales control and ultimately achieving or exceeding identified sales targets. Skilled leader at breaking through internal conflicts and proactively navigating the client's buying process.
Participates in Account Planning activities and Quarterly Business Reviews. Act as a steward for good business.
Maintains accurate Account detail in CRM ( ) including keeping client contacts up-to-date, activities, opportunities and all documents relating to opportunities.

15+ years work related experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
MBA preferred
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Ability to direct product development and meet the unique needs of assigned account
Proven track record of successfully developing and deploying strategy for large-scale, complex sales organizations
Proven and consistent track record of exceeding quotas consisting of annual sales and/or revenue objectives
Demonstrated success in building up an account and substantially growing the share of wallet, as well as managing the overall P&L; and ensuring long term profitability as the account grows
Strong business analytical skills, relationship management and collaboration skills
Effective Leader, skilled at producing results and effectively working in a collaborative manner with cross functional teams. Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process while coordinating a large deal team and incorporating alliance partners as needed.
Experience developing and maintaining relationships at senior levels in client organizations, including C-level points of contact
Proven success in the areas of Sales Pursuit Management, Deal Qualification, Competitive Strategy and Proposal Development, Pricing Strategy & Execution, and Negotiating to Close.
Excellent communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
