Requirements
A successful Instructional Analyst/Developer will have the following:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff. Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL required
Experience in database design/management, application development using Visual Studio (C#) and VBA preferred
Prior experience with learning management systems. SuccessFactors experience preferred.
Responsibilities
The Analyst/Developer maintains existing databases, applications, and learning management system to manage logistics and reporting for DISH's new hire training centers across the nation. This position is within DISH's In-Home Services Training and Quality organization and will be located out of the corporate offices in Englewood, CO.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Assist in the administration and reporting from the organization's learning management system.
Build and maintain existing databases, applications, processes supporting operational logistics for a network of national training centers.
Perform ad-hoc and recurring analysis and data extraction requests.
Design and implement automated system integration solutions to share reporting between systems/platforms.
Extract insights from data and work with multiple teams to drive process efficiencies, reduce cost, and improve business processes.
Provides user support as necessary.
