Description
DISH's 11 U.S.-based Customer Service Centers provide award-winning service to millions of customers throughout the nation. Customer and Technical Service Representatives act as excellent information resources for billing, programming and troubleshooting questions including suggesting ways for existing customers to get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH experience.
Training Managers are responsible for the region's training environment for both internal and external partners across the US . Regional Training Managers make strategic and tactical decisions regarding the best methods and practices to ensure the region meets or exceeds the company's customer service expectations by producing excellently trained employees. Success is measured through the consistency in execution and the effectiveness of all training related activities.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and five years related experience including four years of supervisory/management experience and/or people development training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge base in advanced training methodologies, adult learning theory, and evaluation processes preferred.
Experience with employment development, remote management and call center operations a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
