Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and one year of related experience.
Skills
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff
Competencies include excellent written/oral communication, organizational, analytical, presentation/facilitation and interpersonal skills
Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required

Must be able cover travel expenses at the time of travel (reimbursed upon completion)
Must have a valid credit/debit card and a U.S. State-issued driver's license

Responsibilities
This is the overall impact of achievements for the company/department, plans, goals, projects, and other accountabilities. The Regional Trainer will be evaluated on the extent of which he/she performs the expected work with high quality and within established timelines. All job duties should be performed according to the set standards with thoroughness, speed, and accuracy.
The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct training classes at any DISH domestic or international call center.
Up to 80% travel is required and can be for extended times up to and beyond six weeks at a time
Must be proficient in teaching any DISH training curriculum
Will be accountable for the participants' initial performance and knowledge based on the current training evaluation process
When necessary, responsibilities will also include supporting Business Changes and New Site Launches
When not teaching, the Regional Trainer will be expected to focus on how to make training improvements in a specific site, and evaluate the effectiveness of training as it relates to the site.
Appraise the execution of the curriculum
Identify opportunities, document the plan and solution, help execute the plan, and follow up on the training effectiveness
Work with the Training Manager at the local site to help as needed, including filling in for uptraining, rolling out communication, participating in local training events, and more
The Regional Trainer will aid with the project execution as assigned, which may include return on investment (ROI) development, reporting, process documentation, execution, inspection, and testing.
These duties and responsibilities are intended to provide specific actions to continually adhere to the Training organization and DISH's expectations. The Regional Trainer will be expected to focus on all the objectives listed above, while still maintaining the general DISH performance factors of strong customer service, professionalism, teamwork/interpersonal relationships, innovation/process improvement, communication, initiative, and functional expertise. Job duties are not limited to those listed above; additional duties and/or expectations may be implemented at any time.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
