Description
Support the Manager, CRM managing day to day operations of Sports Authority's CRM program including building strategic loyalty campaigns and initiatives to help drive incremental traffic and sales. Assist with managing multi-channel campaigns with direct mail, email, digital, social and viral networking. Help support the day-to-day business planning, management and implementation of CRM programs and offers and support development of both long term strategic direction and short term business building initiatives to evolve the loyalty program and increase customer engagement and results.
Job Responsibilities
Serves as an active participant in the development of basic analysis, identification of concerns, and the validation of observations and risks that lead to solutions for complex issues.
Presents recommendations to moderately complex challenges or business needs.
Assesses situations and supports decisions by researching, validating and organizing a variety of defined and undefined observations or issues in a fact-based detail-oriented manner.
Tends to take action that is consistent with available facts and documented processes, guidelines, and practices.
May provide recommendations on escalated issues.
Coordinates work based on established and understood procedural expectations.
Through general direction and previous experience, may independently negotiate timelines with stakeholders to accommodate fluctuating workloads and demands.
Position Responsibilities
30%: Collaborate and coordinate with all cross-functional partners including the digital team to manage all aspects of the planning, design, in-market dates and tracking of all multi-channel contact strategies.
30%: Build and execute matrixes for complex campaigns and clearly communicate the matrix to multiple departments when needed.
20%: Support and plan the daily execution and management of Sports Authority's CRM program including offer and test strategies, QA, tracking and issue resolution.
10%: Develop test plans based on business needs, access results and optimize where needed.
10%: Maintain overall view of customer contact strategy and results.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing plus 3 years experience in retail marketing & CRM.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast pace environment.
Confident individual contributor who partners with various teams but also works independently on major initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate objectives clearly with outside vendors, internal senior management, and various cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
Ability to remain flexible with constantly changing trends in retail as well as managing time and workflow efficiently.
Conducts self in professional and ethical manner with company personnel as well as outside partners & organizations.
Proficiency in all applications of Microsoft Office and other campaign and marketing resource management tools such as Aprimo.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
