Professional Sales Consultant - HR/PEO
OnePoint HRO is currently seeking a highly motivated professional sales consultant. We are a local Human Resource and Payroll outsourcing company located in the Denver Tech Center that was established in 1999. We provide our clients a cost effective solution for payroll, human resource, and benefits administration. Our clients have the ability to concentrate on and expand their business knowing they have OnePoint HRO as their partner.
We are not a national corporation where you will be competing with a huge sales team and corporate bureaucracy. We are looking for an individual who understands and appreciates a local company that has seen tremendous growth year after year. Our reputation for outstanding customer service has been one of the keys to our growth. You will have unlimited potential if you are willing to work hard. We are looking for the sales consultant who wants to roll up their sleeves and jump in. We are not looking for a part-timer - for the successful candidate this will be a demanding yet rewarding position.
Essential Functions
Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
Must be responsive to the customers' needs and follow through on all requests.
Makes presentations to prospective clients and also to current clients when needed including software demonstrations.
Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing.
Works with clients to effectively complete benefit information and statistical and census data for insurance carriers and management.
Understanding of payroll administration.
Understanding of employee benefit programs including but not limited to medical, dental, vision and 401k plans.
