Summary:
Responsible for providing high level of analytical support and database management with strict adherence to confidentiality.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Routinely analyze and interpret on-board vehicle video data
Assign follow-up to local operational management
Routinely prepare & present data findings to management by computer reports, graphs, charts, tables, written reports or other methods
Design, develop and maintain various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Support and maintain Information Systems for the collection and analysis of liability safety performance data and process data into periodic reports for management. Administer Information Systems database and vendor video management software, and provide end user support.
Manage and use Risk Management Information Systems
Business process documentation and re-engineering when needed
Manage various assigned projects which may include research, analysis, compiling information and recommending actions as needed
Develop slides and other presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint
Communicate in written and verbal form with executives and all levels of employees within the organization, as well as external customers, vendors and government/statutory agencies
Maintain confidentiality of organizational and employee information
Develop and maintain organized filing systems and create files for risk and safety as needed
Handle incoming telephone calls by screening, delegating and/or handling the caller's issues. Provide general information regarding Safety & Risk Management policies and practices.
Frequently requires drafting correspondence with minimal direction
Support Senior Vice President of Professional Services and other staff members as needed
Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Education/Licensing/Certification:
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience
2 or more years' experience in data analysis
Demonstrated experience with computer graphics presentations and flowcharts
Knowledge and Skills
Advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheet workspaces. Excel certificate preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills
Must have strong organizational skills
Experience managing multiple priorities, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
Must have effective oral and written and strong interpersonal communication skills
