Job Scope
The Seasonal Landscape Worker is responsible for landscaping office building, medians and parkways. This includes snow removal during the winter months.
The Seasonal Landscape Worker, as with all Shea team members, is expected to conduct himself/herself in a professional manner that is consistent with Shea Core Values and the Business Ethics, Employee Conduct and Confidentiality policy.

Operate hand and power tools
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have valid Colorado driver's license

The Seasonal Landscape Worker works out doors. The position work schedule varies depending on the weather. Hours are usually scheduled from 7 a.m. 3:
30 p.m. The position is required to work weekend days (Sat/Sun) if there are heavy snow falls. However, the Seasonal Landscape Worker should be flexible with availability depending on the needs of the customers.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, squat and lift objects. May be required to lift and/or move up to 50 to 75 pounds. Must be able to occasionally drive during the course of work.
