Summary
Provides financial support to new and existing Healthcare Professionals, clients and customers. Performs banking related functions. Works with internal customers, vendors, clients and business partners to resolve more complex issues. Sets up, manages, and processes ACH direct deposit for healthcare professionals, brokers and customers. Performs audits on above. May create and analyze standard or non-standard reports. Monitors global communications and responds to requests from internal partners. Monitors and corrects fallout from upstream systems. Identifies and reports on trends. Insures compliance policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends changes to improve department processing. May act as Subject Matter Expert and resource for service partners.
Qualifications:
HSD or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong customer service skills .
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to learn quickly, retain and apply new skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with individuals at various levels.
Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on details.
Strong communication skills; written, oral and listening skills.
Strong desire to be part of a high energy, integrated team.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
