Specialist, Account Mgmt-PAS

Oversees assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, swift response to client needs and efficient problem resolution. Consults with clients on best practices, solutions and regulatory changes to support client engagement. Assigned large, complex accounts and may guide other Account Managers to supplement service to the client. Incumbents have a fully developed broad knowledge base of Account Management and the firm's products/services and are often developing depth of expertise in a specialty/niche product or type of client. Proactively consult to accounts, ensuring continued client satisfaction and listening for cues on client needs. Advise on best practices, organization solutions and regulatory changes. Manage client projects across multiple business lines throughout the enterprise. Track and report on client metrics. Contribute to the identification and development of appropriate metrics. Acts as day to day point of contact for the client. Collaborates with Relationship Management to enhance the account strategy. Keeps abreast of client account activity occurring throughout the firm. Liaises with relevant operations contacts (internally and externally) to coordinate service to the client. Escalates relevant issues to management. Directly manages client inquiries and facilitates resolution of problems within scope of knowledge. Researches and analyzes the business environment of assigned clients, industry trends and competitor services/ offerings. Contributes to the development of Account Management strategies/approaches for the use by the team/area. No direct reports; provides guidance and mentors less experienced Account Managers as needed. Responsibilities are primarily limited to own client accounts, however will contribute to the achievement of any team or area objectives. Focus is on large and/or complex accounts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Account Management preferred. Applicable FINRA licenses preferred (e.g., Series 7, 24, 63, etc.) in regulated areas of the firm. 20% travel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
