My wife and I have spent many nights at the house and walked to a concert or dinner. There is nothing better than going to a show, a peaceful walk home and sliding into the hot tub under the summer stars! We have done our best to provide a wonderful, relaxing home to enjoy during your trip. The house is clean, in a safe neighborhood, and gives you access to the best of DTC and a convenient location to branch out and explore all Colorado has to offer. Free parking on the driveway. Ok, now about the space Walk into an over-sized, private entryway, perfect for dropping your luggage or snow gear and then, head up half a flight of stairs to the open, bright home with a living room and treetop views of the neighborhood. This is a Top Floor unit, there are stairs to get into the house. This is home has been given a fresh look with new dimmable lighting, new furniture in all rooms, and new beds and linens. Located in a pleasant residential community with lots of families and friendly neighbors. By car you are minutes to Fiddler's Green (4 min drive or 15-20 min walk through a residential area and some greenbelts along offices), bars, lightrail stations, stores and a shopping mall. Forgot something? There are convenience stores very close to the house as well as multiple Starbucks locations depending on the direction you are traveling. The kitchen is loaded with plates, glasses, pans, spices and a coffee bar. Full size fridge, oven and microwave make it easy to prepare meals. Both bedrooms have brand new 55 inch televisions with Netflix available There is not a television in the living room, intended for you to gather, play games (which we provide!) and plan adventures. Check inside the massive turquoise credenza at the top of the stairs for games and activities! The house does have central heating/air conditioning and free high speed WiFi. We offer plastic plates, cups, and mugs for use on the deck and ask that no glassware is taken to the hot tub for safety reasons. Laundry/washer/dryer - we are willing to discuss based on your occupancy. We do not have a grill/BBQ on site. Two additional bedrooms and full bathroom and living room available if you need more space for a family/co-workers but this will be at an additional price. Again, there are stairs to enter the house, to enter the living space, and to get down the deck to the hot tub. We do have a closet on the main floor for large items such as snowboards, skis, golf clubs, etc.
